In this Stay On Course moment, I shared a piece of my leadership journey that changed everything. I was told I needed to be a gray rock instead of a shiny object. That advice was meant to help me survive in a corporate environment, but it did the opposite. It made me realize that success without authenticity is not success at all.

Leadership is not about shrinking, blending in, or disconnecting from who you are. True leadership presence is built on clarity, confidence, values, and purpose. When you lead from alignment, you create impact. When you lead as yourself, you build trust, connection, and legacy.

If being fully you feels uncomfortable where you are, it may not be a flaw. It may be direction.
